M4 (NGC 6121) at roughly 7,200 mild years away is among the closest star clusters to our Photo voltaic System. It is very close to the intense orange star Antares, which is the guts of Scorpio, presently excessive within the Southwest in our early evening sky. Very faintly seen, close to the highest left on this picture, is one other star cluster, NGC 6144. Picture is from our deck a few nights in the past by means of a 72 mm refracting telescope and consists of four one minute exposures at ISO 3200, stacked and processed with PixInsight software program.
